Fans of CBS' The Unit are gearing up for September 28, when the series comes back for its fourth season. The show, which stars 54-year-old Dennis Haysbert as Sergeant Major Jonas Blane, follows a group of counter-terrorists as they risk their lives going into missions that take them undercover in various parts of the world.
The operative group is led by Blane, and is composed of Colonel Tom Ryan (Robert Patrick), Mack Gerhardt (Max Martini), Charles Grey (Michael Irby), Hector Williams (Demore Barnes) and Bob Brown. Blane's wife, Molly (Regina Taylor) is a base matriarch acting as a counselor for other wives as they deal with the fear for their husbands' security.

Episode five of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 8 gets underway and surprisingly enough we get to enjoy an episode that doesn’t begin with the immature antics of Junie Browning.
Well not really, but it felt good to pretend for a few seconds.
Anyway, the guest appearance by current UFC middleweight champion Anderson “The Spider” Silva should easily cleanse away the grimy residue left on our collective consciousness by Junie’s previous screen time.
Having said that, we pick right up from last week when Loco Ono vaulted into the cage to confront a victorious Efrain Escudero and falls right into the waiting arms of coach Antonio Nogueira.
Probably not the person you want to have restraining you - unless of course you list “passing out” as one of your favorite hobbies.
Junie is led out of the cage after embarrassing himself and ruining what happened to be a very entertaining fight between Escudero and Nelson. Dana White cites the absence of Director of Nevada Athletic Commission Keith Kizer as the only reason Junie was not expelled for cage diving.
As if Dana was unable to make that call.
Back in the Team Mir locker room, Junie references his ability to go “From chill to kill” in a matter of seconds. Unfortunately no one in the locker room is impressed save for Shane Nelson, who just happened to get choked out due to a lack of oxygen only minutes before.
For some reason their budding relationship reminds me of the Danny Abbaddi-Matt Hamill sandwich making fiasco from season three.
Team Nogueira is celebrating Escudero’s win and their camaraderie appears to be contagious. A stark contrast to the somber mood of Team Mir.
Perhaps to herald the move to DirecTV, the third-season premiere of NBC drama - Watch "Friday Night Lights S3E3" Online clocked in with a slightly longer run time than is the norm for hourlong network dramas. And tonight's broadcast needed every one of its 50 minutes (most network shows finish at about 42 minutes).* For longtime viewers, "Friday Night Lights" made its DirecTV debut by opening with a blitz of revelations and surprises.
But this wasn't a show only for the in-crowd. "Friday Night Light's" third-season premiere was a starting-over of sorts, even referencing the very first episode of the series with its day-by-day format that leads to the big game.
It's a presentation that works well for the show and one the series should employ more often. It keeps "Friday Night Lights" on point, more directly revealing how football influences every aspect of the fictional working-class town of Dillon, Texas.
It's also a presentation that's beneficial to newcomers, bringing potential first-time viewers into the action by more easily defining everyone's place. And as Season 3 began, some key characters had their roles re-defined. The coach's wife was now his professional opposite as well, having been unexpectedly promoted to principal at Dillon High. The star football player, Brian "Smash" Williams (Gaius Charles), has now graduated, but he's entering adult life with a nasty knee injury and a lack of a football scholarship.

And after watching, I think this one looks even better than the other two (if that’s even possible). I do think the budget might have been higher, which explains why it looks so good. Seriously I have chills.
The movie will feature 10 Original songs (soundtrack here I come again!) and will come out on October 24 in Theaters.
Note: This is so sad I just realized I’m going to have to go and watch the movie in public among all those teenage girls (at least when it’s at home, nobody knows I’m watching it).

Season 4 premiered on September 1, 2008 and follows on from Season 3. Michael seeks revenge for Sara's death and finds out that she is alive and that the head given to Lincoln was from someone else. Michael also learns the truth about Whistler, that he has secretly been working alongside Mahone to take down the Company. Whistler's life is taken shortly after this by a Company Operative. It is learned that the inmates rioted at Sona and Bellick, T-Bag and Sucre escaped during the chaos. Donald Self (Michael Rapaport), a Department of Homeland Security agent, recruits Michael and Lincoln as well as Sucre, Bellick (Wade Williams) and Mahone for their help to bring down the Company in exchange for their freedom. Also joining the group are Sara, who escaped from Gretchen which resulted in Gretchen's own captivity by the Company, having failed to secure a valuable item, and Roland (James Hiroyuki Liao), a hacker who was assigned to help them after getting arrested for identity theft. Together, they devise a plan to retrieve data from the Company that will help to destroy the Company. In the meantime, Wyatt (Cress Williams), an agent from the Company, attempts to track Michael and Lincoln down and T-Bag heads North to the US with the "Birds" book in his possesion. He is in the process of stealing Whistler's plan.
